Terms and Conditions

Entrants for awards must be based in the UK at time of entry and award presentation.

All third party nominations must be made with the full knowledge and co-operation of the nominee.

A judging panel will be appointed to make an assessment of all entries to the awards, and to draw up a shortlist in each category.

All shortlisted candidates will be reviewed and assessed by the judging panel and a category winner will be chosen.

The winners will be, in the opinion of the judges, the entries which demonstrate the greatest fulfillment of the category criteria.

The judges’ decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.  A maximum of three finalists will be shortlisted for each award and finalists will be notified by the first week in September 2019.

By entering you agree to supply any additional information requested.

Entrants consent to this information being made available to judges and third parties associated with the awards.

The finalists and winners agree to take part and assist with any promotional activities or PR supporting the awards.

No responsibility will be taken by OGUK or any sponsors or companies associated with the awards, for delayed, lost or damaged entries.

OGUK or any sponsors or companies associated with the awards regret that entries cannot be returned.

The prizes are as detailed, no alternatives or variations are offered and you cannot transfer the prize.

Winners will be announced at the Award Ceremony on Thursday 7 November 2019 and not before this date.

The closing date for entries is 9 August 2019. Entries received after this date may not be entered into the Awards. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
